When applying abroad for a job or courses, it can be challenging to explain what was learned during one's studies. This is where the Diploma/certificate Supplement can help.
The supplement shall also deliver comparison between the EMCM and commonly-know professional certifications with world-wide recognition.
Be aware that professional certifications delivered over one week of study followed by an examination may not inherently deliver the depth and the superior assimilation brought by attending a one year blended education at the EMCM.

The EMCM Certificate Supplement shall be build with the combination of the following elements:
Part A. This present web page describing the EMCM education and its contents.
Part B. The Participant Study Report (PSR) that have been compiled by each participant and that have been presented and approved by the EMCM Academic director.
Part C - The grading sheet delivered on graduation day.
Before completing the education and obtaining the EMCM Certification, Participants are invited to complete a Participant Study Report (PSR). This document may also be completed after the completion of the study and should be approved by the academic Director.
The report is structured into the following sections:
Section 1 - For each module, a summary of personal gains obtained from the module Acquire and Build phases the Acquire pre-readings list and the BUILD phase agenda.
Section 2 - For each module, a compilation of the work performed during the Deliver phase including the Case final report that was presented with the group of participants.
Section 3 - A description of the participants's skills improvement plan as resulting from an early skills assessment (skillsbeam.io) followed by the actual accomplishments and specific actions performed during the study year .
Section 4 - A statement describing the personal benefits obtained from the EMCM education in comparison with the initial objectives as discussed during the admittance interview.
Section 5 - An objective conclusion statement that the participants wishes to define, summarizing the ultimate education benefits obtained; Those should be based on verifiable accomplishments to be approved by the Academic Director.
